The LEAN Council, which is made up of one representative from each department, meets every month to lead a LEAN culture. A culture where people see a problem and gather the right people in the room who can take the steps to fix the problem.
Have an improvement idea that you would like Lean to formalize into a Kaizen? This is an opportunity to improve a process, improve safety, reduce cost, eliminate defects, and/or get work done faster/better. Ideas submitted here are reviewed by LEAN monthly.
