This caused delays in service and omitted the best solutions for our clients. We organized these resources, significantly improving the efficiency and effectiveness of client referrals.
Kitchen Costing Kaizen Time Savings, Product Quality Created a scalable process for kitchen RFP(s) that are repeatable, time-efficient, accurate and ultimately easier to complete.
Waste Management Time Savings, Compliance Short term solutions were identified to re-direct kids’ lunches brought back from sites. Site training was modified as well. Long term solutions are still being identified.
